8350 Platform Terms & Conditions

By accessing, browsing, registering, or using any part of the 8350 platform (including the website, mobile app, and related services), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately.

The 8350 platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. 8350 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend accounts that are unable to verify eligibility.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and the management of the 8350 platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendments shall be deemed acceptance of the updated Terms.

As a user of the 8350 platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful entertainment purposes and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. You are fully responsible for all activities carried out through your account.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 8350 platform:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform without prior written authorisation.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, betting systems, or financial transactions through unauthorised means.
• Using another person's account or sharing your account with others.
• Engaging in money laundering or any form of financial fraud through the platform.
• Spreading false information, harassing other users, or engaging in conduct that damages the reputation of the 8350 platform.
• Accessing the platform from jurisdictions where such services are prohibited by local law.

Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and legal action where applicable.

Liability Limits

The 8350 platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. 8350 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform, including service interruptions, technical errors, or data loss. 8350's total liability to any user shall not exceed the net deposits made by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 8350 platform — including logos, interface design, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive property of 8350 and is protected under Malaysian intellectual property law. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use any such content without prior written consent from 8350.

Account Suspension & Closure

8350 reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, or for security reasons. Where an account is closed on valid grounds, any eligible balance will be returned upon completion of the investigation. 8350's decision on account closure is final.

Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms

The 8350 platform may contain references to third-party services. 8350 is not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties. 8350 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on the platform. Continued use of the platform following any such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. These Terms are governed by Malaysian law and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
